PERMALIGHT Photoluminescent Aluminum Strip is UL1994-listed and UL410-listed as Floor Marking by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. Building code-compliant for use on step and landing edges, floor-mounted perimeter demarcation lines, wall-mounted perimeter demarcation lines, and exit door frames leading out to safety.
We recommend this as the ideal product for building code-compliant photoluminescent floor marking.
PERMALIGHT Photoluminescent Aluminum Strip glows brightly in pitch dark areas after activation by ambient lighting, creating a visible path during emergency darkness situations on step and landing edges, floor and/or wall-mounted perimeters, and on exit door frames.
PERMALIGHT Photoluminescent Aluminum Strip has an anti-slip surface and semi-stiff metal (aluminum) base. The foamy self-adhesive layer conforms well to both smooth and porous installation surfaces, as well as being resistant to weather and water absorption while providing a long-lasting bond. You can expect a durable install when used with the required accessories and following our installation instructions.
