PERMALIGHT Multi-Use Photoluminescent Polyester Tape (1 x 82) is UL1994-listed (by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.) and building-code compliant for marking staircase handrails, wall-mounted perimeters, exit door frames, and door push bars.
Made of a durable and flexible polyester photoluminescent material with an opaque backing, this tape is durable and doesnt easily rip. This roll of tape is 1-inch wide and 82-feet long and has a self-adhesive backing.
How it Works
Following activation by ambient lighting, the PERMALIGHT Multi-Use Photoluminescent Polyester Tape glows brightly in pitch dark areas, creating a visible path during emergency darkness situations on stair handrails, wall perimeters, door frames, and door push bars for the building-code specified length of time (and beyond).

Other Uses
Besides use for building-code compliant photoluminescent egress path markings, this glow-in-the-dark tape can be used to add visibility and enhance safety as needed in homes, warehouses, retail stores, daycare centers, and more. The tape is easily cut with standard scissors and sticks well to smooth, clean, dust-free surfaces. Add glow to light switch plates, keys, door handles, and more.
