Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania The historic former Connelly Trade School Building, built in 1930, got new life as the Energy Innovation Center (EIC). Following LEED-platinum renovations, it opened as an early-stage business incubator and site for hands-on workforce training programs with education partners from across the region.
